At QRDGAME, we want you to have the best gaming experience possible. However, there are some exceptions when it comes to returning items:

Customized Items:
If you've cutomized a controller with a hardware or software from a source other than ours we're unable to accept returns on these personalized items. -
Items not used or stored as recommended:
Items used under conditions those not recommeded by the manufacturer (for example charging with a higher voltage/current than recommended) or items keept under
hazardous conditions (high moisture, pressure, heat or bad hygiene). -
Gifts and Promotion Items:
Promotion items and gifts cannot be refunded.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing [customer support email]. Please provide detailed information about the product and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 10, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
